Baby Back Ribs (12 bones)

Our Baby back ribs are smoked for hours and are fall of the bone tender. They have meat between the bones and on top of the bones, and are shorter, curved, and sometimes meatier than spare ribs. Minimum of 10lbs if ordering just meat.

St. Louis Style Spare Ribs

Our St Louis Ribs are smoked slow until tender. These tend to be meatier ribs cut from the belly of the hog after the belly (bacon) is removed. Minimum of 10lbs if ordering just meat.
